Job Responsibilities:

  • Chair daily CAB meetings. Review changes presented and determine completeness and accuracy. Provide approvals and rejections of changes.
  • Administer the Change Audit Process. Review Change Audit report and distribute notification of non-compliant changes.
  • Enforce change management process and policy in organization.
  • Represent the Governance team at daily Operations Turnover meetings.
  • Collect required data and artifacts for SLA and Key Measurement reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute management reports as directed.
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
