Job Description

A leading organisation is implementing a new procurement system and is seeking an experienced Change Manager to guide stakeholders through a smooth transition. This part-time role (24 hours per week) offers a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of office and WFH.

About the Role:
You will lead the change management stream of the project, ensuring that change activities are well-planned, communicated, and adopted across office and school environments. The focus is on minimising disruption, improving readiness, and supporting end users through clear communication and effective training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver change planning, impact assessments, communications, and readiness activities

  • Engage stakeholders and manage resistance throughout the transition

  • Coordinate training materials and sessions

  • Track progress and provide updates to the project team

  • Identify and mitigate change-related risks

About You:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in change management

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience with frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR (highly desirable)

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a project team
