Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Senior Change Manager – People Change Management.

This role supports large-scale transformation initiatives across Personal & Business Banking, with a strong focus on end-user adoption, employee readiness, and people-centric change delivery. The position offers high visibility across frontline teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners, and plays a critical role in driving successful adoption across multiple concurrent initiatives.
