Key Tasks & Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business and IT teams Support the phased rollout of a global digital underwriting solution across multiple countries Communicate product capabilities, roadmap updates, and rollout plans to local stakeholders Collect, consolidate, and analyze feedback from business users to support continuous product improvement Support country teams in embedding the solution into existing local processes Define training approaches and develop materials such as user guides, demo videos, and presentations Deliver training sessions and support change and adoption activities Create rollout communications and adoption materials for local markets Monitor usage and actively engage with country networks to drive adoption Support the documentation of adoption metrics and business benefits for key stake...
