Your Responsibilities:
Lead UAT planning, execution, and issue management across multiple countries
Communicate product capabilities and rollout plans to global stakeholders
Collect, structure, and present testing feedback for product enhancements
Support countries in integrating the tool into existing processes
Develop and deliver training materials (videos, guides) and conduct training sessions
Create communication materials for rollout phases
Monitor usage, drive adoption, and engage local networks
Gather evidence and articulate business benefits for stakeholders
Your Profile:
3–4 years' experience as a Change Manager in global transformation programs
Proven experience managing UAT for software rollouts across countries
Background in commercial insurance or financial services
Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills in a virtual environment
