Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Change Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience in change management, with a proven track record of leading change initiatives and a certification in Prosci or an equivalent methodology. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes, enhancing overall business performance, and fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Strategy Development:

    Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals.Assess the impact of changes on various departments and stakeholders and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Change Implementation:

    Lead and support the execution of change initiatives, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and objectives.Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Identify and analyze stakeholder groups affected by change initiatives.Develop and execute engagement plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Training and Support:

    Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to support employees through the change process.Provide ongoing support and guidance to managers and team members to address resistance and facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation:

    Track and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, including assessing adoption rates and overall impact.Prepare and present reports on change management progress, issues, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in change management.Recommend and implement improvements to change management processes and tools based on lessons learned and feedback.
  • Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:

    3-5 years of experience in change management or a related role, with a focus on mid to large-scale organizational changes.Proven experience applying change management methodologies in real-world scenarios.
  • Certifications:

    Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent certification in change management methodologies.
  • Skills:

    Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with change management software/tools.
