What You’ll Do – Change & Organisational Development Lead

This newly created position plays a pivotal role in designing and embedding long‑term change at Hireup, focused on lifting organisational effectiveness and performance. The role partners with senior leaders to diagnose organisational challenges, shape practical solutions and lead the delivery of initiatives that improve how we work every day.

  • Diagnose organisational challenges – Partner with senior leaders and your People and Culture colleagues to understand current challenges, provide recommendations, and shape solutions that promote enablement, performance and growth.
  • Plan, design and deliver long‑term behaviour change initiatives – Focused on uplifting everyday ways of working across the organisation and teams (including consultation, design, frameworks, tools, listening loops).
