Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Consulting team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Connected Cust. The client is SHELL PLC, a company that operates in the energy and petrochemical sectors, providing a range of products and services to meet global energy needs. Responsibilities: As a Change Practitioner, you will be responsible for helping develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state. You will develop metrics to measure the transition and determine appropriate actions. You are expected to build knowledge and support the team, as well as participate in problem-solving discussions. Beginner proficiency in Change Management is required. Beginner proficiency in Change Analytics, Journey Management, Organizational Strategy, and Stakeholder Management is suggested.
