POSITION: Changeover Staff
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Operations Supervisor
FLSA STATUS: Part-Time
ASM, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for Changeover Staff. ASM Richmond manages the Richmond Coliseum, Altria Theater, Richmond CenterStage and Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center. The Changeover staff will assist the Operations Supervisor in setup and tear down of numerous events.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Moving, arranging, setting and removal of items needed for events.
+ Set-up and tear-down of stages, tables, chairs, barricades, linens, and equipment
+ Assembly and disassembly of animal penning.
+ Cleaning and up-keep of buildings including buffing; dusting; sweeping; mopping; vacuuming; washing windows; cleaning toilets, urinals, mirrors, walls, arena seats, and trash ...
