Key responsibilities:
  • Quarterly Release Governance
  • E2e Project/Release Management
  • Create Release Planning
  • Define Release Scope & track deliverables across all SDLC Life cycle as per Release guideline
  • Prepare, Review and Circulate the Quarterly Release dashboards and other management updates
  • Create Implementation Plan and lead command centre activities
  • Implementation risk evaluation and mitigation
  • Post Implementation Review and follow-ups
  • Conduct the weekly and other adhoc meetings involving all stakeholders and follow-ups
  • Budget Planning & Tracking
  • Stake holder management & communication
  • Ensuring the stakeholder alignment as per Release Process
