Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Channel Account Manager to support and scale our partner ecosystem across Asia & Middle East. This role will be based in Singapore works closely with the Channel Manager and regional sales teams to enable, support, and grow partners from a technical and solutioning perspective.
The Channel Account Manager will play a critical role in driving partner success by delivering technical enablement, solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC)/proof-of-value (POV) engagements for AI-powered IT Service Management (ITSM), AIOps, and Observability solutions.

Serve as the primary presales technical point of contact for channel partners across Asia & Middle East.
