What we are looking for:


To support us on our mission, we are looking for a proactive and communicative Channel Business Development Associate to join our Channel Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our partner acquisition strategy in India and contributing to the growth of our channel business. 

  • Identify and approach new channel partners in India

  • Manage the entire partner onboarding process, ensuring a smooth handover to our Channel Account Managers once partners are fully onboarded

  • Organize and attend meetings with potential partners in your target regions, representing AnyDesk as their first point of contact

  • Collaborate closely with Channel Marketing, Technical Account Managers, and Channel Account Managers to align strategies and support partner success

  • Actively contribute to the development of our global channel strategy with your ideas and market feedback

  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

  • Easy to work with

  • Sense of urgency

  • Strong sales mindset – not afraid to start conversations and build relationships

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to find answers

  • Experienced in sales, renewals, or account management

  • Team player who enjoys working closely with multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory; any other languages like Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu are a plus
  • Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of channel business models and distribution structures

  • Experience using Salesforce

  • Previous experience in the Tech or Software industry

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Adaptability and resilience, combined with a hands-on mentality
