  • Building a team of Channel Development Associates and advisors

  • Activating Channel Development Associates

  • Developing Channel Development Associates

  • Retaining Channel Development Associates

  • Guiding Channel Development Associates to build a team of Financial Advisors

  • Team Size - Channel Development Associates and Advisors

  • Weighted Receipted Premium
  • Key Inter-relationships:


    Internal:

  • Sales Support
  • External:

  • Channel Development Associates/Advisors/ Customers
  • Experience:

  • 2 Years + experience in the Life Insurance Industry
  • Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th Standard
  • Key advantage of the CDM profile:

  • Office reporting is not compulsory.

  • Minimal reviews and administrative tasks

  • Benefits of full-time employee like – ID card, PF, Mediclaim etc.

  • Best-in-class remuneration and incentives in the Insurance Industry

  • No Targets
  • Key advantage of the CDM profile:

  • Graduate in any stream (not mandatory)

  • Trainers, Sales Managers, Team leading experience in the Life Insurance Industry (not compulsory)

  • Age – 30-50 Years (Extensions on either side of the range is possible)
