Job Summary: Expansion of distribution channels through recruitment, training & development, accreditation (agent, leader, broker, affinity partner) and channel services.

Responsibilities

Channel Recruitment, Accreditation & Activation, Channel Productivity

  1. Recruitment of Group Sales Managers, Unit Sales Managers, Sales Agents, Brokers and other channels of distribution who will promote and sell the products of ICARE.
  2. Conduct product training to new recruits and existing sales partners in coordination with Training and Sales Support Specialist.
  3. Assist in the accreditation of newly recruited and trained agents.
  4. Conduct follow-up activities to trained agents to ensure conversion from accredited to activated agents.
  5. Conduct monitoring, communication and coordination with existing and inactive Sales Partners to encourage new sales and consistent sales.
