Key Accountabilities

  • Propel channel initiatives to ensure the completion of business plan
  • Integrate cross-functional support to help channels to extend customer segments such as HNW/ultra-HNW/Mass market/ILP
  • Collaborate with sales and operation team to refine purchase journey and seek possible improvement on UW process which are beneficial to sales result and CX
