Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Thorough understanding of channel policies and strategies, supervise and manage sales activities in the region, and ensure the corresponding channel strategies and policies are effectively implemented within the region.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, management, empowerment and exit of UK agents and distributors, formulate activities such as listing, display and promotion in major supermarkets.
  • Based on the current business situation, conduct an in-depth analysis of the UK channel market, industry and customers. Identify growth opportunities or potential risks, output channel strategy suggestions, develop regional market and channel management plans.



Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in distributor operation or regional management, familiar with FMCG products and policies, and well-versed in the basic logic of the entire channel operation process.
