Lutron’s Gurgaon team is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Leader to help drive the continued growth of our business in India. In this role, you will own the development and execution of high impact channel marketing and sales enablement strategies focused on lighting, lighting control and automated window treatment solutions. This includes ensuring alignment with our global strategy while tailoring initiatives to local markets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
