Role Summary The Channel Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of PalmPay’s POS and card payment channels.

The role supports smooth transaction processing, resolves channel-related issues, and works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a reliable payment experience for customers and merchants.
