Job Summary

The Channel Partner Manager will lead and support the inside sales and onboarding team responsible for acquiring and activating new partners. The role focuses on monitoring team performance, improving sales processes, and ensuring each partner's onboarding journey — from lead generation to activation — is handled smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the inside sales/onboarding team in achieving daily and monthly targets.

• Ensure every partner is onboarded smoothly with proper documentation and communication.

• Review team calls, follow-ups, and reports to maintain quality and consistency.

• Set clear goals, provide coaching, and motivate the team to meet conversion targets.
