Title: Channel Partnerships Coordinator (Partner Ops)

Experience: 2–8 years

Type: Full-time

Location: Mohali (supporting US teams)

What you’ll do (day-to-day)

  • Own partner program operations across ecosystems like Workato, Salesforce, Snowflake etc. (and other strategic partners as needed).
  • Manage partner portals: user access, profiles, submissions, deal registration hygiene, and basic governance (who has admin, what gets updated, when).
  • Run certification/accreditation tracking for internal teams (status, reminders, proof, reporting) to support partner tier requirements—build/maintain trackers and weekly progress updates.
  • Coordinate partner enablement: collect internal offerings/one-pagers, maintain partner-ready collateral, and keep “what we sell + how we deliver” organized.
  • Support co-sell / GTM execution: meeting notes, action items, follow-ups with partner managers/AEs, and keeping the internal team aligned.
  • Track simple channel KPIs: cert counts, portal status, MDF/event tasks, partner-facing deliverables, and weekly “done/next” reporting.


What we’re looking for

  • 2–8 years experience in partner operations / alliances ops / channel coordination / PMO (GTM) in a tech services, SaaS, or systems integrator environment.
  • Comfortable working across stakeholders (sales, delivery, recruiting, partner teams) and driving follow-ups to closure.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets + docs skills; you can build trackers that actually get used.
  • Clear written communication (email + Teams/Slack updates).


Nice to have

  • Experience working with partner portals (Salesforce Partner Community, vendor portals, deal reg flows).
  • Basic understanding of how certifications/accreditations work in partner programs.
  • Prior coordination experience with US time zones.
