Job Description
Objective:
Review, design, and validate production processes that ensure Safety and Quality standards, working within a continuous improvement approach that supports compliance and reduces cycle times while guaranteeing production flow.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
3 years of experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, grinding, heat treatment)
Proficiency with machines and tools, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
Experience in process definition, line layout, operation balancing, and time and motion analysis.
Proficiency in CAD software / Familiarity with statistical analysis tools
Quality and Management Systems
English intermediate (B2 level
