Overview

Professional Search Group – OC has partnered with a global leader in industrial networking and automation solutions to identify and hire a Channel Sales Manager to support growth across Canada. This individual will play a key role in developing and expanding channel partnerships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators, driving revenue through strategic business development and relationship management.

$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas by driving opportunities with existing and prospective channel partners.
  • Partner with distributors and resellers on joint customer calls to capture business opportunities and close competitive deals.
  • Deepen relationships with channel leadership and sales teams to maximize engagement and revenue growth.
  • Support partner enablement through training, education, and awareness initiatives.
  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners where needed to expand reach and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute impactful channel marketing programs.
  • Work closely with product management, technical sales, and marketing to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and partner forums.

What You Bring

Experience & Education:

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial networking, automation, or a related technical sales field.
  • 3+ years of direct channel management experience (partner recruitment, development, and training).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Proven success in developing and closing deals while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% across the assigned territory.
