Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Appointment & Development: Appoint, manage, train, and develop the sales team to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Key Account & Modern Trade Management: Handle key accounts and modern trade partners such as D-Mart, Spencer, Big Bazaar, Reliance Trends, ABRL, Max Hyper, and other major retail chains.
- Target Achievement: Achieve primary and tertiary sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct SWOT analysis of competitors and implement corrective actions to gain market share.
- Sales Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve revenue growth and improved profitability.
