Role Overview

Loyalty Program Executive is responsible for the end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of loyalty initiatives aimed at increasing off takes, execution, repeat purchases, and trade engagement across stores. The role ensures smooth program operations, retailer onboarding, performance analysis, digital initiatives and continuous enhancement of loyalty value propositions aligned with the company’s vision.
