Channel Success Manager, Europe
SUMMARY:
The Channel Success Manager is responsible for the success and growth of Aeroseal Duct Partners in Europe. This role is primarily focused on driving tangible improvements in partner success: execution of jointly developed business plans and market playbooks to achieve revenue and project volume growth goals.
The Channel Success Manager is the primary relationship manager between Aeroseal and Duct Partners, ensuring partners are onboarded correctly, supported with the internal resources required to win and deliver projects successfully, and held accountable to performance expectations.
The Channel Success Manager owns commercial performance, partner relationships, and growth outcomes. Technical onboarding, certification, and ongoing technical support are delivered in partnership with the Europe technical teams, who own partner technical readiness and support.
