Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION Provides Pastoral leadership in coordinating all campus ministerial activities including spiritual, religious, and personal counseling/guidance to residents, family members and staff. Acts as a key ministry partner with the other chaplain at communities. Functions as a key contact with clergy from the community surrounding the campus.
The Chaplain serves in a staff relationship to Administration and Department Directors. The Chaplain shall establish and maintain strong ties and relationships with all community residents, their families and their clergy.
Coordination of all religious gatherings on campus at all levels of care, whether for residents or staff and including memorial services, prayer meetings, Bible studies, Communion, Theological lecture series, etc.
Development and maintenance of routine communications with local clergy, working to keep residents and their chosen clergy connected. Assure residents have opportunities to k...
