Job Description
Responsible for mitigating operational risk and preventing or minimizing losses through timely and accurate resolution of cardholders' disputes and ensuring compliance with the Brand's international standard time frames for retrieval and chargeback processing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reviews, analyzes and accurately resolves second level dispute and chargebacks.
- Monitoring and timely resolution of cases and should be according with established disputes guidelines and standards.
- Ensures compliance with brand rules and set policies and procedures to avoid operational loss/lapses.
- Monitors and processes cases filing.
- Timely escalation and resolution of issues.
- Provide timely and accurate status of AR and AP GL schedules, ensuring transparency and resolution of float items on time.
