The position is primarily responsible in mitigating operational risk and preventing or minimizing losses through timely and accurate resolution of cardholders' disputes and ensuring compliance with the Brand’s international standard time frames for retrieval and chargeback processing.
Responsibilities
- Disputes/Chargeback Resolution
- Processes and resolves cardholders disputed transactions thru retrieval and chargeback.
- Ensures Compliance to brand and internal policies to avoid operational lapses.
- Ensures updating all dispute sources on the final resolution of each case.
Qualifications
- Must be a bachelor's degree holder.
- With at least 3 years of experience in credit card business particularly in chargeback.
- Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas .
