Job Description
- Handle end-to-end accounting for international subsidiaries in the US, Singapore, Israel, and other regions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with consolidated reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS , Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and local GAAP for each subsidiary
- Manage foreign currency transactions , including FX gain/loss tracking, hedging support, and currency conversion compliance
- Monitor intercompany transactions , eliminations, and transfer pricing documentation
- Coordinate with external auditors (domestic and international) for statutory and internal audits
- Lead regulatory filings : FEMA, FCGPR, ECB, BEPS, and other RBI/SEZ-related filings
- Support budgeting, cost controls, and profitability analysis of global projects
- Collaborate with business teams and legal counsel for export documentation and SCOMET compliance from a finance perspective
- Work with the leadership team on investor reporting, fund utilization, and strategic finance initiatives
