Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain statutory books of accounts including journal, ledger, cash book, and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with time and accuracy norms.
  • Manage the closing of accounts, including preparation and checking of various ledgers and sub-ledgers, and monitoring to ensure complete and correct accounting of all transactions.
  • Provide necessary financial data to banks and financial institutions for credit facilities, ensuring adherence to legal documentation and compliance with pre and post-disbursement formalities.
  • Monitor timely deduction, payment, and filing of returns for statutory liabilities/dues such as TDS, TCS, GST, Professional Tax (PT), Provident Fund (PF), etc., and file relevant periodic returns.
  • Assist in the preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports, providing valuable feedback to top management.
