Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply in-depth knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and Audit Standards.
• Plan and execute audits within designated timelines.
• Finalize Balance Sheets and Audit Reports.
• Conduct Financial Statement Analysis and Ratio Analysis for performance review and decision-making.
• Possess working knowledge of Taxation across UAE, Switzerland, USA —including both Corporate Tax and Indirect Tax, with associated compliances.
• Maintain and review accounting records related to Export and Import transactions.
• Preferably understand Derivatives Accounting and associated financial instruments.

Experience & Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified from ICAI or an equivalent recognized professional accounting body.
