We are a boutique finance and advisory firm based in Navi Mumbai, working closely with promoters, CFOs, and family offices on capital markets advisory, IPO readiness, internal audits, monthly process controls, transaction support, and investment analysis.
The partners bring complementary experience across capital raising and IPOs, financial governance, internal audits and controls, and family office advisory, with deep involvement at the promoter and CFO decision-making level. Our engagements are high-accountability and outcome-driven rather than routine compliance assignments.

JOB DESCRIPTION – CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (2–4 YEARS PQE)
Position: Chartered Accountant – Strategic Finance, Controls & Capital Advisory
Location: Navi Mumbai (Office-based)
Experience: 2–4 years post-qualification
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
Compensation: Competitive and aligned with market levels
Role Summary
The role involves working on capital markets advisory, IPO readiness, internal audits and monthly process controls, transaction support, and family office investment analysis. The position requires strong analytical skills, professional judgment, and comfort with complex, non-routine assignments.
Key Responsibilities
IPO readiness and capital markets advisory assignments
Monthly process controls reviews and internal audits across business functions
Review of internal control frameworks, SOP adherence, and risk identification
Financial modelling, valuation analysis, and capital structure assessment
Family office investment analysis, monitoring, and reporting support
Preparation of management, board, and investor-level financial notes
Coordination with bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and senior management
Candidate Profile
CA with 2–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Experience in transaction advisory, internal audit, capital markets, or CFO office roles preferred
Strong understanding of accounting standards, controls, and business processes
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Clear communication skills and ability to work independently
