Job Summary:
Ganga Roller Flour Mills is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our
finance team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of postqualification experience and be responsible for managing financial audits, tax
compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate will play a key role in driving
financial strategies and ensuring that the company meets all regulatory and
compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee financial statements, reporting, and analysis
 Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, GST, and other statutory
requirements
 Lead the external and internal audit processes
 Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
 Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
 Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
 Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
 Coordinate with other departments for financial data gathering and reporting
 Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate and timely
payments

Qualifications and Skills:
 Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience
 In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and financial regulations

 Experience in tax planning and statutory compliance
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
