CAP Resourcing is partnered with a leading multidisciplinary practice who are looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial projects throughout London and the South, with occasional work further afield.

The Role

You'll play a key part in delivering high-quality surveying services, taking ownership of a varied workload that includes:

• Dilapidations

• Party wall matters

• Contract administration

• Defects diagnosis

• General building surveying

• Project coordination (advantageous)
