Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist users with account-related issues, onboarding, and general platform navigation
  • Resolve basic technical and transactional queries or escalate when required
  • Maintain high response time and customer satisfaction standards
  • Document conversations, issues, and resolutions accurately in the support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tech, compliance, operations) for issue resolution
  • Follow support processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines
Required Skills & Experience
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer support or chat-based support
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer issues quickly and provide clear solutions
  • Comfortable working with live chat tools and CRM/support systems
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
