Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist users with account-related issues, onboarding, and general platform navigation
- Resolve basic technical and transactional queries or escalate when required
- Maintain high response time and customer satisfaction standards
- Document conversations, issues, and resolutions accurately in the support system
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, compliance, operations) for issue resolution
- Follow support processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines
Required Skills & Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support or chat-based support
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Ability to understand customer issues quickly and provide clear solutions
- Comfortable working with live chat tools and CRM/support systems
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
