Job Title: Chat Support Executive / Customer Support (Chat Process)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to assist customers through real-time online messaging. The role involves resolving queries, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through professional and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer chats and respond promptly with accurate information.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, payments, refunds, and account-related issues.
  • Provide step-by-step troubleshooting for customer concerns.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone in all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and update internal systems.
  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team when required.
  • Follow company guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards.
  • Multi-task between chat windows while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Fast and accurate typing speed (30+ WPM preferred).
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Previous experience in BPO/Chat Support is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer support, chat process, or email support.
  • Ability to work in shifts (if required).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or chat platforms.
