We are looking for an experienced Chat Support Representative to join our team on a long-term basis.
We manage Shopify dropshipping stores in the fashion and jewelry industry and are seeking someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely customer-focused.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via email and support tickets
* Process returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately
* Answer shipping, delivery, and order-related questions
* Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
* Maintain fast response times (within 2–4 hours during business hours)
Requirements:
* Proven experience with Shopify customer support in a dropshipping environment
* Strong understanding of returns and refund workflows
* Experience using translation tools for international customers
* Excellent written English (additional languages are a plus)
