Chatbot Developer

Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Senior Conversational AI Engineer (DialogFlow CX + Node.js) to join an exciting and interesting project in the insurance sector.

Requirements:

DialogFlow CX – Required. Recent experience designing and implementing guided flows and generative conversational solutions.

Node.js (intermediate level): backend development with good coding practices, design patterns, and dependency management.

Integrations with external APIs (REST / Webhooks).

Git version control and familiarity with Gitflow-style workflows.

GCP (especially BigQuery) (desirable).

Knowledge or experience with generative models (Vertex AI, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).

Experience in prompt optimization, conversation quality assessment, and continuous bot improvement.
