Job Description
We are looking for a Chatbot Specialist to help us select and implement a chatbot solution on our WordPress website from scratch.
We currently use HubSpot as our CRM, and it is crucial that the new chatbot integrates seamlessly to sync lead data. However, our main priority is accurate behavioral tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM).
We want to avoid iframe-based solutions (like the default HubSpot embed) that make GTM tracking difficult. We need a solution that loads directly into the website DOM, allowing us to easily track user interactions.
Project Scope:
Platform Recommendation: Propose a chatbot platform for WordPress that:
- Integrates natively into the WordPress theme (no iframes).
- Syncs contact data directly with HubSpot CRM.
- Provides clear JavaScript events to track interactions.
Implementation: Install and configure the chatbot on our WordPress site.
Tracking Setup: Configure GTM to track key events, including:
