Checkpoint Firewall Network Engineer

Overview:
Client is looking for Check Point Firewall Platform Engineer a to manage and optimize its secure enterprise firewall environments. This fully remote role supports the design, operation, and security of enterprise and data center network infrastructure, with a focus on Check Point. Engineer must have strong understanding of firewall rules, security policies, and network troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Must have 2+ yrs experience managing Checkpoint enterprise firewalls, including upgrades, policy administration, and validation with prior duties including:
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of OS security (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network protocols (TCP/UDP, VPN, DNS, HTTP).
Product Knowledge : Hands-on experience with Check Point Harmony suite, Check Point Firewall, or similar endpoint security solutions.
Analytical Skills : Proven ability to analyze security incidents and troubleshoot complex issues.
