We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all meals are prepared and cooked to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a professional Chef in a high-end kitchen environment. They will be expected to have knowledge of various cooking techniques and styles, and be able to accurately measure ingredients. They should also be able to work with minimal supervision, as well as manage and motivate a team of kitchen staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing menus, creating new recipes, and ensuring all meals are cooked according to standard recipes;
- Estimating food requirements and ordering supplies;
- Ensuring adherence to health codes;
