Overview
We are looking for a chef and central kitchen factory manager to oversee our current central kitchen factory operation and lead the R&D team for our future RTE food menu.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the current kitchen operation, crew management, inventory controls and sourcing.
- Research and develop new RTE food menu for our current operation.
- Collaborate with our team for new product launching.
- Lead a kitchen crew of more than 15 people.
Qualifications
- Preferably experience cooking western and international foods.
- Experience in working with hotel kitchens for at least 3-5 years.
- Understands Halal and HACCP certification standards.
