Overview

We are looking for a chef and central kitchen factory manager to oversee our current central kitchen factory operation and lead the R&D team for our future RTE food menu.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the current kitchen operation, crew management, inventory controls and sourcing.
  • Research and develop new RTE food menu for our current operation.
  • Collaborate with our team for new product launching.
  • Lead a kitchen crew of more than 15 people.

Qualifications

  • Preferably experience cooking western and international foods.
  • Experience in working with hotel kitchens for at least 3-5 years.
  • Understands Halal and HACCP certification standards.
