dnata Perth Airport, Western Australia, Australia is hiring a Wok Chef on a full-time basis to join the catering unit at Perth Airport. The role requires a highly skilled specialty chef trained in wok dishes and menus, with experience in large multi-function, high-end venues and producing consistent, high-quality items.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert for wok-based dishes, cooking methods, taste and quality.
• Prepare and produce traditional Asian-style cuisines for Economy, Business, and First class passengers.
• Assist the team to prepare over 10,000 hot and cold meals daily.
• Stock control and minimizing food wastage.
• Clean and maintain a hygienic work environment at all times.
• Strictly follow menu specifications as well as all Australian Food Safety / HACCP, Work Health Safety & QSAI policies.
