Job Summary: Royal Elmount Hotel is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning menus, preparing exceptional dishes, and overseeing the overall kitchen operations to deliver a memorable culinary experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and update diverse menus that align with the hotel’s standards and customer preferences.

  • Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.

  • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.

  • Manage food inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control.

  • Enforce strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.

  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, including cooks and kitchen assistants.

  • Collaborate with hotel management to create seasonal or event-specific offerings.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant.

  • Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of international and local cuisines.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
