The Role

We have an exciting and fast paced opportunity to join the Infinite Aged Care team in the role of Chef at our Cairns care homes. Reporting to General Manager and our Chef Manager, the Chef is responsible for providing a quality catering service which meets our resident’s needs, including the supervision, preparation and participation in cooking and baking. The Chef/Cook is an integral member of the team responsible for providing leadership and first line supervision to kitchen staff. This responsibility includes the allocation of duties to kitchen staff.
