Velocity Accommodation Group are looking for a passionate Chef to become a part of our team in Karratha at Velocity Motel & Bistro. Working 2:1 roster with FIFO from Perth or live in options available. All meals & accommodation is paid for whilst on site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient food prep and meal services.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep‑fat fryers and combi ovens.
• Participate in the implementation and management of the Food Safety Program.
• Clean, sanitise and maintain cooking utensils, equipment and food preparation areas.
• Participate in regular stock take and inventory control activities.
• Document cleaning schedules, incoming goods, food holding units and temperature probes.
• Proven history of producing quality food.
• Proven ability to develop interesting and varied menu’s.
