Job Summary:

·       Basic Salary : up $3500

·       Working Location: Central

·       Working Days: 5.5 days

·       Working Hours: 10.30am – 10.30pm

Job Description

·       Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation

·       Support the preparation of ingredients, including cleaning, cutting, and portioning

·       Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

·       Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times

·       Assist during service, including plating and basic counter support when required

·       Properly store ingredients and manage basic inventory tasks

·       Learn and follow omakase service flow, kitchen discipline, and culinary standards

·       Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Head Chef

·       Ad-hoc duties as required
