**Description:**



The Chef de Cuisine supports daily kitchen operations by supervising food quality, hygiene standards, and the proper execution of recipes and presentations. The role assists with ordering supplies, controlling labor and food costs, and preparing product requisitions to ensure efficiency. In close collaboration with the Sous Chefs, the Chef de Cuisine contributes to menu development, introduces new dishes, and drives operational improvements.



Additionally, the position engages with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with food quality and presentation. The Chef de Cuisine leads and motivates the culinary team through training, teamwork, and by promoting Alila’s values, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
