Chef de Partie

RAC Karri Valley Resort is located in the beautiful Southwest region of WA, approximately 3.5 hours' drive from Perth and just a short drive from Pemberton town centre.

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie on a full-time basis to join us at our resort and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef at The Lakeside Restaurant. The Lakeside Restaurant at RAC Karri Valley Resort offers not only breathtaking views of Lake Beedelup, but also a tantalising menu hand selected by our Head Chef and their team, who take pride in choosing only the best of the Great Southern Forest Food & Wine region.

This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth - accommodation is available at a reduced cost allowing the right candidate to live and work on-site.
